How long does the experience last?

Nature Illuminated is an approximately 45-60 minutes experience.

What is the dress code?

Please remember this is an outdoor winter trail, we strongly recommend you wear sensible outdoor shoes for uneven terrain and that you wrap up warm.

What happens if it rains?

This is an outdoor trail and will go ahead even if there is rain. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately and can bring small personal umbrellas. Large golf-style umbrellas are not permitted.

Can I smoke or vape during the experience?

Although this is an outdoor experience, we will ask you not to smoke on site.

Is alcohol / food allowed during the experience?

It is forbidden to consume alcohol or food during the experience. A snack / bar / catering service will be available on site.

Are toilets available on site?

Toilets are available on site and are cleaned regularly.

Accessing the experience

Is the experience suitable for children?

The experience is suitable for children, but anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are free for children under 4 years old.

Do I have to arrive at the time indicated on my ticket or do I have to arrive early?

Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket to avoid any congestion and in order to respect the capacity limits.

What happens if I arrive late?

We may not be able to guarantee entry if you do not show up at the time indicated on your ticket. We will therefore ask you to wait until we can accommodate you.

How do I get to the castle by public transport?

Nature Illuminated will take place in a stunning garden within London easily accessible by various forms of public transport.

Is there parking access near the event?

There is no public parking on site.

Does the exhibition have access for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the experience is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Keep in mind that this is an outdoor route and that some paths, although accessible, may be more complicated to take if the weather is difficult (rain, muddy paths).

Are dogs permitted?

Only assistance dogs are permitted on the trail.

No, tickets can only be purchased from feverup.com.

Is it necessary to print the tickets?

No, you only need to show the confirmation email or your tickets on the Fever app.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. The general conditions for non-reimbursement of tickets are agreed upon prior to purchase. However, you can contact us in case of special circumstances, and our team will do their best to help you. Be sure to include the order number for your tickets and keep in mind that responses can take a few days.

Covid Safety Measures

Social distancing

Control of the number of visitors

• The number of visitors will always be strictly limited and controlled thanks to our reservation system and timed entries.
• Floor markings Our staff will be there to ensure that social distances are adhered to and that everyone wears a mask indoors. Wearing a mask in outdoor areas is not compulsory.
• A clear path with directions has been defined to manage the flow of visitors.
• We rely on your caution and cooperation with other visitors to abide by the rules and avoid the formation of large groups of people.
• To facilitate movement within the course, we ask you to avoid, as much as possible, bringing bulky items with you. The list of prohibited items is specified on the FAQs page.

Additional hygiene precautions

Masks, toilets, hand sanitizer

• Wearing a mask is not compulsory outdoors. It is compulsory to wear a mask in interior spaces. We will distribute a mask free of charge at the entrance to all visitors who do not have one. Your cooperation and consideration towards other visitors is greatly appreciated.
• We will be placing free hand sanitizer dispensers inside the exhibit. We encourage you to use this gel when entering and following the path through the exhibit
• Sanitary facilities will be cleaned very regularly.

Is your venue COVID-secure?

The entire experience is being conducted outside and we will be following Government guidelines throughout. The trail follows a one-way route and is designed to be COVID secure to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit.

Should I wear a mask?

As the experience is outside, face coverings are not mandatory. We will be adhering to Government guidelines and will let Guests know closer to the time about any requirements on site such as face coverings. However, face coverings are required in all indoor spaces, such as toilet areas. For these reasons we recommend, guests bring masks.
